History

Patrician Brothers have been serving for the cause of education world over for about 200 years. The brothers having their noble vision of extending their apostolate to the rural mass, came to this village called Alundur which is located 17 kms away from the town. The Brothers initially catered to educational need of this locality in a vernacular medium in the year 1985. The growing popularity of this school had become the buzz word in the locality and so it provided quality and wholesome education to the children since its inception.

Going by the signs of the time and the needs the parents demanded the management to start an English medium school that follows Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. The Brothers wanted to fulfill the genuine demands of the parents and so they started an English medium school in the year 2015. The school began with classes LKG to class I. In the following year class II began. For the academic year 2017-18 the school was upgraded to class V. In the year 2018 the school admitted students for class VI and decided to upgrade to the next standard year after year.

The school obtained the necessary permission from the Bishop Antony Devota, Trichy Diocese. Then the Provincial Brother Stan along with his councilors unanimously decided to start the English medium school following CBSE Board of education as Provincial chapter 2014 recommended the same.
